For clinics and labs
IntegraWhats for clinics and medical practices
Book, confirm and reschedule appointments on WhatsApp with the whole front desk on the same number, a triage menu, business hours and each patient's history.
The Free plan includes one WhatsApp number and the website pixel, no card required.
WhatsApp has become the clinic's front desk. It's where patients book appointments, ask about prices, send their test orders and say they'll be late. The problem is that it all lands on a single phone. One receptionist replies, and the other doesn't know what was agreed. The 7 p.m. message waits until the next day. And the person who asked "do you take my insurance?" waits so long they book somewhere else.
IntegraWhats organizes that WhatsApp without changing the number your patients already know.
How it works
- Connect the clinic's number. Scan the QR code with the clinic's phone, just like WhatsApp Web. The number stays the same.
- Put the front desk in one inbox. Each receptionist logs in with their own account, on a computer. Everyone sees the conversations, and each conversation has an owner.
- Split by sector. Scheduling, billing, test results. Each sector has its own queue, and a conversation can be transferred from one to another without the patient repeating everything.
- Automate the first message. A simple menu asks what the patient needs and sends them to the right sector. After hours, they get a reply with your business hours, and the conversation waits in the queue for the next morning.
What makes a difference at a clinic
The patient's history in one place. The whole conversation is saved on the contact, with photos, audio and documents, such as the doctor's order. Whoever picks it up next knows what has already been said.
Internal notes. A receptionist can leave a note for a colleague inside the conversation, without the patient seeing it: "waiting for insurance approval", "prefers afternoon appointments".
Quick replies. Appointment price, address, exam preparation, documents to bring. Ready-made text behind a shortcut, the same for everyone.
Tasks and reminders. Call back, confirm tomorrow's appointment, follow up on a missing test result. The task is tied to the contact, with a date.
First-response time. Each sector can have a target for the first reply. You can see who has been waiting the longest and answer them first.
AI copilot. On paid plans, the AI suggests replies, summarizes long conversations and flags the patient's questions or objections. The receptionist reviews and sends.
Who it's for
Medical and dental clinics, private practices, physical therapy, psychology, nutrition and aesthetics clinics, labs, veterinary clinics. Anywhere WhatsApp is the main way people book.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to change the clinic's number?
No. You connect the number you already use by scanning the QR code. Patients keep messaging the same contact.
Can two receptionists answer at the same time?
Yes. Each one logs in with their own account. Conversations sit in a shared inbox, each with an owner, and can be transferred between people and sectors.
Can patients still reach a person if there's a menu?
Yes. You set up the menu, and we recommend always including an option to talk to the front desk. The chatbot hands the conversation to a person when the patient asks.
How much does it cost?
The free plan includes one connected number and the website pixel, with no card. Paid plans unlock more agents, sectors, the chatbot and AI. Current prices are on the pricing page.
